Who you are dealing with
Payroll Outsourcing Services is a focused UK payroll proposition contracted through PEARL LEMON ACCOUNTANTS LTD, company number 14574661, an active company on the UK Companies House register. Its registered office is 86 Falling Lane, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 8AE, United Kingdom.
The goal is deliberately narrow: provide UK employers and accounting practices with a clearer way to buy, onboard and manage outsourced payroll. We do not pretend that a marketing site itself is a payroll bureau, software platform or substitute for the qualified people who handle live processing.

One contracting company; specialists for processing
Pearl Lemon Accountants is responsible for the commercial engagement, scope, coordination and client relationship. Suitable payroll specialists can fulfil agreed processing work under white-label or disclosed subcontract arrangements. The agreed documents should name the parties and specify who processes which data, who sends statutory reports, how access is authorised, what safeguards apply and where clients escalate problems.
Subcontracting does not transfer the employer's underlying payroll and employment responsibilities, and a subcontractor's independent certifications must not be presented as our own. We only commit to delivery capacity after checking the relevant service, operators, systems and contractual terms.
Our operating principles
- Payroll cut-offs in writing. Each routine run has agreed input, review, approval and filing stages.
- Employer approval is explicit. The employer appoints the authorised decision-maker; the processor should not resolve an employment dispute by guessing.
- Variation is treated as real work. Weekly runs, multi-entity data, tips, overtime and non-standard payments are scoped, not concealed behind an ambiguous per-payslip headline.
- Secure handling before data transfer. A written processing agreement and approved transfer method precede the first employee file.
- Exit without hostage data. Portability, records, retention and transition responsibilities are agreed before onboarding.

What we do not claim
This site does not claim an independently certified payroll bureau, a guaranteed error-free process, an approved HMRC adviser status, a named payroll manager's qualifications, specific software partnerships or results from clients that have not been evidenced. The signed proposal, not general website copy, determines actual capabilities, availability and responsibilities.
For a genuine quote, tell us about the structure of your payroll. No worker payroll records should be sent at the enquiry stage.
