Get a quote that matches your payroll—not just a headcount
The enquiry panel below composes an email in your mail application. It does not transmit a form submission to our servers, store details in a lead database or guarantee the message has been sent. Review it and press Send in your email app, or write directly to the address shown below.
For an initial scope discussion, the most useful information is:
- Approximate number of paid employees and the average number paid each cycle.
- Pay frequencies (weekly, fortnightly, monthly or mixed), and the number of PAYE entities.
- Whether salaries are stable or include overtime, variable shifts, tips, commissions or multiple locations.
- Whether you are outsourcing for the first time, switching an existing provider or looking for an accountant white-label partner.
- When you would want the first supported pay date and the main problem you need to solve.
Please do not send employee names, salaries, NI numbers, bank details, payslips, pension member files or copies of payroll registers in an initial message. Live data must only move after appropriate contractual, privacy and secure-transfer arrangements are agreed.
How Pearl Lemon Accountants handles your enquiry
The initial recipient for this site is a shared Pearl Lemon Group enquiries mailbox. Our intention is to qualify the request internally and then coordinate the appropriate accountancy and specialist payroll resources; no service availability or support SLA is implied until a signed statement of work exists.
What happens after an enquiry?
The initial step is qualification of service fit and scope. Any availability, fees, support hours, delivery arrangements or implementation dates require separate confirmation and a written proposal. An email enquiry is not acceptance of a service contract.
If you prefer to compare suppliers independently, start with our comparison guide and procurement checklist.
